Question Rit/W Solo Gladiator build

Anyone ever try this solo build?

Splinter weapon
Cruel was daoshen
Cyclone Axe
Ancestors Rage
Spirit Rift
Bonetti Defence
Gladiators Defence (E)
healing signet

Channel 16
Tactics 12
Axe 3

I found it on guildwiki under tested farming builds, not much discussion or instructions how to use it. It looks fun to be able to solo minotaurs, but I just cant seem to make it work. Guess it takes practice.

Precast splinter and cruel, get everything in a nice ball, cast spirit rift, activate a stance, mash cyclone axe and ancestor's rage. Pretty much kills everything in about 3 seconds.

thanks, i just now tried that sequence and it seemed to help, then i upgraded my armor with radiant insigs, that helped some... now im up to 44 energy.
i still havent aquired a +5 energy axe. Im only using chaos axe of warding. Would a zealous axe haft work with that?

I have an armor 16 shield req 12 tactics. still looking for fortitude.

I added you to my friends btw hope thats ok? always glad to meet dedicated rits.

yeh its much harder than vwk, guess it just takes more practice on knowing what buttons to push and when.

I reallly would like to learn to work this one.

Yeah.. it takes a lot of practice and you cant really be distracted. However when you get it down you can farm mobs in seconds.

well to do the chain it takes 30energy (which includes 5 for glads, 10 for spirit rift, 5 for cyclone axe and 10 for ancestor's rage) but having a bit more always helps. also i find healing signet and bonettis a bit useless since you would use them after the chain and if you do it right everything should be dead. i use sprint and enraging charge. i can do it without enraging charge but then you have to wait a bit longer when running to the smites.

Sorry, it was the first build I wrote, I can be a little vague. >.<

Just use the chain. Splinter Weapon > Cruel Was Daoshen > Aggro > Gladiator's Defense > Cruel Was Daoshen > Ancestors' Rage > Drop Ashes > Cyclone Axe
Are they dead? They should be.

Joish: If you are unlucky, a smite crawler could flee before they all die. You'll just have to spam Ancestors' Rage and healing signet to kill it.

Yeah. I HIGHLY suggest practicing this build before you go in to UW, if you don't know how to spike the combination quickly you're going to waste quite a bit of money. Even once you get to a comfortable spot, however, I would still suggest saving 10 or 20k though before your big "testing day". Although it's not *terribly* difficult if you take it slow, if you've never soloed UW before the various runs and things can often be tough to pick up on, and you may die quite a bit before making it out of the first room. It's just something that you have to practice, though. Once you get it down it can be a somewhat safe and very profitable run.

I also take Bonetti's Defense and Healing Signet. While it might be *slightly* slower due to the lack of a Spirit Rift blast, I find that when that stray Smite goes running off, it's much, much safer have Healing Signet and Bonetti's Defense for energy management and healing. If you're confident in your ability to run, though, Enraging Charge and Spirit Rift will speed up your run considerably. I would suggest that beginners use BD and HS, though.

Without a speed boost, you can't even get to the Smite Crawlers. Have either sprint or enraging charge. If you don't want a chance to die, bring both, but most people should be able to use only one.

Training a Rt as we speak I think this wont be hard, just use the chain, if one survives bonetti up and wait till bonetti ends and do the chain again depending on the health the smite has.

Why, if one survives you can always run away.... Heal up and redo the chain....

BTW: I'm building the RT for green farming... SpiritSpammer

well its usually not that simple because if some survive you will usually be low on health and zealots fire is the really problems and if you're just waiting for bonetti's to end you probably will die from zealot's fire depending on your health
